Case Assignments

Case Assignment is how staff working in the system knows that you are working with a given employer and worksite location. At any time, authorized staff may assign a case manager (Business Services Specialist) to the employer. The assigned case manager is the primary resource for the employer customer, and may be eligible to receive staff alerts when conditions allow.

On the Locations tab, click the <<View Assigned Case Manager>> link for the desired location		After an employer is added, you should case assign yourself to the location. This HAS to be done for each location of an employer.
Click <<Create New Assignment>>
