The Partnership hosted a webinar on April 10, 2025 that covered the service changes. Some of these changes have impacted the customer flow and the order of suggested or required services. Please review the Power Point and recording for specific details. Posted below is Version 2 of the Service Matrix. Please note that any service on the Matrix highlighted in green means there is new definition or service rule. The services highlighted in red means they are no longer in use.
Please use this version of the Service Matrix as a reference tool when documenting interactions with participants. This will help determine what service was provided and what to record in Career Connect.
