Update!
As of April 14, 2025 the Service Matrix has been updated. Because of those service updates some the customer flow services have changed. Listed below are the current recommendations regarding the services related to the customer flow. All relevant procedures have been updated to reflect these changes. Adult & Dislocated Workers Recommended services:
1. Service 228 Initial Assessment of Skill Levels & Other Needs (this must be the first service for Adults & Dislocated Workers).
2. Service 207 Comprehensive & Specialized Assessments: This service represents the Objective Assessment Summary (OAS) and should be entered when the OAS is done.
3. Service 208 Career Information Services: This service has replaced service 224 Career Planning and should be used in it's place).
4. Service 205 Development of the Individual Employment Plan (IEP): This service should be provided when all of the above have been completed.
Youth Required Non-Enrolling Activities:
1. Service 468 Youth Eligibility Determination/Intake
2. Service 469 Youth Objective Assessment
3. Service 470 Development of the Individual Service Strategy (ISS)
4. Any Enrolling Youth Program Element service (refer to Service Matrix for available services and definitions)

Session 1: Career Coaching Overview presented on February 25, 2021
