During launch, HyperCare support is available to answer questions and assist with system navigation.
Users can join the HyperCare Room for live support or view the HyperCare Support Tracker for the latest information on known issues, system updates, and items currently being addressed by the project team.
For support requests that require review or action by the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership team, users should continue to submit requests through the appropriate channels such as Partnership Help Desk Request form, as support processes are already in place for those items.
