The Agency Caseload Tracker is intended for career planner use to support consistent tracking of participant services, case notes, and follow-up activities across programs. It provides a centralized, offline tool to document services delivered, monitor next steps, and maintain continuity of case management—particularly during the system blackout period. All activities recorded in this tracker are temporary and must be entered into IWDS 2.0 after go live to ensure system accuracy, reporting compliance, and official case documentation.
