While Career Connect is down, please use the attached form to submit Initial ITA requests for participants whose eligibility and participation (first service) were entered in Career Connect prior to 6/25/2022*.
Please carefully read and follow the instructions on the form and submit the completed form to the Help Desk (helpdesk@chicookworks.org).
Requests submitted to the Help Desk by 3pm should be in the EdAssist system the following business day. Requests submitted after 3pm will be processed the following day and be in the EdAssist system within two business days.
Once the initial data has transferred to the EdAssist/Bright Horizons system, you can complete the rest of the ITA request process as normal. (You can find ITA Procedures here: https://workforceboard.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020502172.)
Please use the Service Tracking forms to track the Initial ITA Request service, ITA service, and applicable training justification case notes so that you can enter them in Career Connect when the system is back up (https://workforceboard.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/7304029689357).

*For participants whose eligibility & registration were not in Career Connect prior to 6/25/2022, if the training start date is prior to 7/22/2022 and there are no additional cohorts starting within the next quarter, please contact us via the Help Desk (helpdesk@chicookworks.org) and they will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please include the participant name, training provider, training program, and training start date.
